Doğruol family started its textile journey in 1955 as a tailor shop. In 1970 the family took a step towards the textile industry with the founding of a small factory producing men’s clothing. Shortly after entering the overseas markets in 1981 with sport wear, kids wear production started in 1983. Doğruol Giyim San. ve Dış Tic. A.Ş. was established in 1988. In 1988, zipper manufacturer and seller Moda Fermuar was established as a subsidiary to Doğruol Giyim. A kids and young fashion brand, Blue Effect, was founded in 2009 and maintains its activities to become a global brand.
